**Exchange rates were updated on May 15th (US$ 1.00 = R$ 2,00). These rates can change over the days in order to let
the registration in R$ as close as possible to the US$ values.
SBC and SBA members have discounts in registration.
The conference fee includes the following:
- Attendance at the main conference as well as at the workshops/tutorials programs.
- All proceedings and accompanying material.
- Lunch and coffees breaks for the entire event.
- Welcome reception cocktail
- The conference banquet
For students: To be eligible for student registration, some proof of the student status is required (e.g., letter from advisor or from the Department - in English, Spanish or Portuguese). This should be presented on the registration desk during the badge retrieval.
For authors: At least one author of accepted papers should register.
Registration System
The registration system named ECOS is provided by SBC - Brazilian Computer Society.
REGISTRATION IS CLOSED
Receipts for the conference fee will be issued by ICAPS. They will be delivered on-site.
Concerning Accommodation, please refer to the Venue page. Note that in the same form for hotel reservation there is a place where the time of arrival and departure should be filled. This is important to set your transfer. Transfer to the conference hotel (90 km. from the airport) will be provided only if this information is available.
